Please note that  we have a cancellation fee (35%) for reservations that are cancelled less than one month prior to arrival. Many people want to stay at Carmabi and when space is reserved but people do not show up, others could have used that space. Therefore last-minute cancellations make for a less effective use of the Carmabi facilities which is undesirable.
